YD South America’s young leaders evaluated methodologies and strategies for the next three months. During the meeting, they established activities in a structured manner within the fellowship to promote internal and external growth.
They assessed evangelism, spiritual care, education, supervision, administration, and social media, with each presenting their work methods for the upcoming months. A three-month schedule was generated to facilitate better activity management and organization, implementing a work plan aimed at strengthening and fostering individual and group growth. This plan prioritizes members’ spiritual and emotional well-being, establishing an internal care network from members to local YD leaders.
