When In Doubt: Trust Him In the Lenses of our Faith – PROV. 3:5

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5

Doubt is indeed the enemy of faith. Most of the time, when our human logic supersedes, doubts arise. Even when we pray, we think of ahead of the scenarios in our mind that cause us to faithlessly pray.

Today’s passage is so commanding that it wants us to trust the LORD with all of our hearts to the point of trusting not based in our human understanding and capacity but based on the power of what God can do and that takes faith!

Yes, we admit, that there are times in our lives that our circumstances show a little to no hope. But it is in those moments that one little miracle, we magnify a great God who knows our very needs, the depths of hearts and a Father who sees each step of our way. When doubts arise, remember this – continue to trust the Lord not in the lenses of our human capacity but believing to the truth of His greatness.
