Missionary Family Arrived in Armenia

On August 18, 2022, one missionary family arrived in Armenia.  They took a cross-border train from Georgia on the evening of August 17 and arrived in Armenia safely.  They thanked God for their smooth arrival and prayed for their settlement in Yerevan.

Armenia is a country on the cusp of Europe and Asia with a population of three million people.  Most historians believe that it became the first country in the world to adopt Christianity as a state religion in 301 AD.  Approximately 97% of Armenians are members of the Armenian Apostolic Church which has derived its faith directly from the preachings of Apostle Bartholomew and Thaddeus during the first century.  The missionary family has great hope to revive Armenia and prays to set up 3 chapters in this country.
