Habits Resonates with Our Faith – HEBREWS 5:14

But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil. Hebrews 5:14
There are high days and low days, and God is so good that we encounter Him in such a personal, beautiful way where we feel His warmth presence. But on the days in between, the ordinary times, the moment you wake up, the habits that you do in that whole day, does it also reflect on what we believe and stand for?
For today’s passage, we read in Hebrews 5:14 that pertains to the word of the Lord as a solid food, a food that we need to help us progress and mature a day at a time. This food brings nourishment to our souls, and it brings “discernments” and trains us to constantly know what is right and what is wrong.
While we have things to do everyday, our work, studies, and other engagements throughout our day, it is essential for us to take this solid food, the word of the Lord, we hunger for it every day, as it helps us the way we think and the way we do things, with the power that comes from the word of God, it makes us spiritually healthy people, it dictates our habits and resonates with our faith in Jesus Christ, and our commitment and desire to follow Him.
Today, seek the solid food, let the word of God guide you, restore you and help you build healthy habits.
